On Sunday, April 12th, we gathered at Kappa Bar to celebrate the release of Guilty Gear Strive 2.00 with a proper tournament. The atmosphere was great, the matches were intense, and there was a nice mix of characters and playstyles on display.

Sixteen players entered the double elimination bracket and the competition was fierce from the start, and with no Wild Assault to fall back on! The audience stayed engaged throughout, and once things really got going it was hard to look away.
